Field - factor_ifa_svc_time

zAAP Normalization Factor for zAAP service time. Used to convert between real zAAP times and normalized zAAP times, that is, the equivalent time on a standard CP. Multiply SMF30_TIME_ON_zAAP by this value and divide by 256 to calculate the normalized zAAP time.
