Field - factor_ziip_svc_time

zIIP Normalization Factor for zIIP service time. Used to convert between real zIIP times and normalized zIIP times, that is, the equivalent time on a standard CP. Multiply SMF30_TIME_ON_zIIP by this value and divide by 256 to calculate the normalized zIIP time.
