Field - mtc

CPC model identifier indicating the temporary capacity of the CPC, which is the total of permanent capacity and temporarily increased capacity, without the temporarily available replacement capacity and the corridor capacity. The identifier is left justified with trailing blanks if necessary. This field is zero, if not supported by the hardware.
