Processor capacity data
This is a flag field with the following bit fields:

| event_driven_intvl_rec | 0 | When on, indicates that the current interval record was generated as a result of an event, rather than as a result of standard interval expiration based on time. |
| rqsvsus_err | 1 | When on, indicates that an error occurred while collecting the data for SMF30SUS following a change in processor capacity. If this bit is found to be on when the record is being written, an additional attempt to collect the data from SRM is made. If that attempt is successful, the data is filled in at that time and the SMF30PIN error bit will be off. |
