Sample - free_cp_cap
Request free capacity for CP.
The sample will fetch the following fields.

| cap_cec | SMF99_FREE_LPAR_CAPACITY_CEC_RELATED | Free LPAR capacity which is the total of what is always available to the LPAR and the portion of the unused capacity of the CEC | integer |
