This Maximo Monitor lab demonstrates the setup and track Alerts in the monitor.

In this lab you will learn the steps needed to successfully configure alerts, view alerts and create service request on an alert.

The exercises will cover:

  • Setup Alerts KPI at the device type
  • View Alerts at the device level
  • Setup and view Alerts at different Hierarchy level
  • Create service request based on an alert
