Setting up a managed OpenShift Cluster

To deploy the operators described in the repository, either a Kubernetes or an OpenShift cluster could be used. The steps represeneted in this reposiory are based on a managed OpenShift cluster on IBM public cloud. The link provided below helps to create an OpenShift cluster inside a VPC on IBM cloud.
