Configuration flags
This is a flag field with the following bit fields:

| slstsi | 0 | Indicates that the machine supports the store system information instruction. |
| sllpar | 1 | Indicates that MVS is running in a logical partition |
| slvm | 2 | Indicates that MVS is running in a virtual machine |
| slhassharedlogicalcpus | 3 | Indicates that the logical CPUs are shared with other partitions |
| slcappedbycustomer | 4 | Indicates that the logical partition is configured to be capped (as opposed to being capped by WLM) |
