  This is the AI-enhanced version of the original Client Onboarding scenario. It showcases the following AI capabilities within Cloud Pak for Business Automation:

  • IBM Automation Decision Services integration of predictive models
  • IBM Content Assistant
  • IBM Workflow generative AI capability
  • IBM Workplace Assistant

  This lab requires additional files that can be found in the Lab Data folder.

  Backup (original, non AI-enhanced version)

  The lab document below allows you to perform the Client Onboarding scenario in its older version without the AI-enhancements of IBM Content Assistant, IBM Workflow genAI capability, and IBM Workplace Assistant. This is especially useful in environments, where these capabilities are not available.
