Supported Products#

This SDK is designed to provide seamless connectivity across our data integration ecosystem. To ensure optimal performance and feature availability, please verify that your environment aligns with the supported platforms and versions listed below. This section outlines compatibility for both our SaaS offerings and on-premise deployments.

SaaS Support#

The SDK is fully supported across all global data centers and regional deployments where the following SaaS products are offered:

  • watsonx.data integration

    • Streaming (StreamSets)

    • Batch (DataStage)

  • DataStage NextGen

On-Premise Support#

For software deployments, the SDK is compatible with DataStage NextGen on Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D). We currently support the following versions:

  • CP4D 5.4 (Latest)

  • CP4D 5.3

  • CP4D 5.2

  • CP4D 5.1

  • CP4D 5.0

Note

Connector Availability: While the core SDK is compatible with all versions listed above, access to specific connectors may be limited on older versions of CP4D. We recommend using the latest version (5.4) to ensure access to the full suite of available data connectors and performance optimizations.
